check-in efficiency food quality
The snorkeling near Snoopy Island was acceptable.
Check-in was not efficient. I WAS not briefed about facilities. The food tasted horrible. A red Thai curry turned out to be yellowish gravy with boiled chicken, very watery. It cost more for dinner than the price of the room, unacceptable.

i stayed in the two-bedroom chalet. the rooms were clean and spacious. the splash pad area was a great feature for kids. the beach access was convenient and provided a main attraction.
the breakfast options were limited and not fresh. the gym lacked essential amenities such as running water and towels. the pool closed early at 8 pm even on weekends.

Family Fun by the Sea
infinity pool fun splash park beach space
The hotel has a beautiful location directly on the beach. well kept swimming pools. I liked the infinity pool. The food in the pool café is great, and my kids really enjoyed the splash park. There is plenty of space on the beach.
The mattress and pillows in my room were quite hard. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Perhaps this issue was specific to my room. Other rooms might have more comfortable beds and pillows.

The swimming pool provides a refreshing escape, and the pool area includes many loungers. Guests have easy access to water sports, including snorkeling, diving, and kayaking. A fun splash park is available for children, and it seemed very popular.

The breakfast offered many choices, and the quality seemed high. Food is available at the pool café. There are multiple restaurants nearby if you want more options.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting guests. I did notice some staff moving around outdoors in the heat. Providing golf carts or buggies could improve conditions for employees.
